Search engine optimisationis based on different link building techniques.some important points are discussed here.
1-If you want to optimize keyword ‘work from home’ then use this word as anchored text in your backlink.use all possible mixture of phrases like work from home idea, work from home tips, home work etc, instead of only work from home as anchored text.
2-Try to build backlinks from .edu and .gov sites because google gives a lot of importance to this kind of backlinks.
3-Try to build backlinks from .org site again search engine values this kind of backlinks .
4-create free squidoo and hub pages.Build backlinks from these free pages.search engine values it a lot.
5-Deep linking is seen as a tool for seo .What is deep linking?Deep linking is nothing but creating backlinks from other site to a inner page of your site instead of home page.

Review on edomz.com

Founded in 2005, eDomz.com is a technology driven online advertising company that enables direct marketers and internet retailers to maximize their profits by providing professional strategy and high quality services.

This site gives you money when
you simply put there ads code in your blog and websites. As like Google ad-sense program. But it is loose in term of your website traffic for approval so you can easily approved by this site and start making money.

You don't wait for click on any ads for earning like google adsense. It needs click on ads placed on your site by google. In edomz you only get earning when user see pop up ads as only browser pop-up blocker need to be allowable to site or click on your site anywhere.

These days web hostingcompany's are leaking through every side of the internet. Some here for a long time, with proper reasons to be here; some here for a month, until there bills are due and then disappear. Its honestly getting harder and harder everyday for people to wisely choose the correct web hosting company. I'm not stating that every web host out there will be gone after a month. I am stating that over 50% of them will be gone without a word, and you will never get your money back. I have compiled a little bit of i believe "worthy" things to look out for when choosing a web hosting company that will help mitigate the issue of having to find a new web host 30 days after you just payed your current provider.

What to look for

How long has there domain been registered?
This is almost always the first thing you want to look at when even considering a web host. Always view there public information and check there registration date. Just because there website has pretty colors and says they host over 500,000 domain names don't mean they honestly do.
I checked the public whois information and it shows the information is private?
This in my opinion is a big NO NO! That would scratch that web host off of my list immediately no matter how long his/her domain has been registered. There is one reason and one reason only why a persons domain name information is not publicly shown. They have something to hide! Move on to the next host in question.

Google has the answer to almost everything.
The next thing you want to do is search Google for reviews on this web host. Keep in mind that nobody can please every single client. There is almost a 100% guarantee that every web host will have at least one bad mark on there record. Just keep looking, go about 5 to 10 pages into your Google search. Some of the search terms you may want to consider using are:

Hostsdomaininquestion Scams
Hostsdomaininquestion Reviews
Hostsdomaininquestion RipOff Report
Hostsdomaininquestion Webhostingtalk

This will result in a little bit of time spent, but if your time is worth your money, it is highly suggested to do this with each web host your considering paying for services.

Don't let pretty colors sidetrack you.
Just because there website looks professional, don't mean they are. Have you ever heard the saying "don't judge a book by it cover?" This is very true in your situation. It is very important that you don't buy from them just because they "paid" someone to build there design.

Test there support team.
Go ahead, click that live chat button that is on there website. Go to there client support desk and submit a ticket. Test out how fast they answer you. No matter what your question is, no question is to dumb. When they answer you back, ask them a few technical questions. See how they answer it.

Call the number!
Do you see that 1800 or 1866 number at the top of there website? Go ahead and call it! See if they answer. Speak with them for a few moments and see how professional and knowledgeable they sound. Be sure to test them on the phone with a few hard questions you have put together before you call them.

Purchase the small plan first.
Most web hosts offer more then one plan. If you can, purchase the smallest cheapest plan first just to test out there services. You can ALWAYS upgrade at a later date. Why? Because if you get ripped of by the host, its only a few dollars in comparison to a 20 or 30 dollars.

Never pay yearly
This is solely up to you, but in my opinion you should never ever pay yearly. Anything can happen at anytime. No matter how long the web host has been online. When a web host goes offline they are trying to save as much money as possible. Chances are they are going to forget about refunding the 400 dollars you paid them for the rest of the year. If you take a look at there terms of services, a lot of them will probably say "Yearly payments are non refundable".

Read there Terms of Services
This is one of the most important things you can do, and you will thank yourself for doing it. There may be a lot of stuff to read but its always worth your money. Make sure you find there terms of services and read them! Understand them! Follow Them! This will save you from getting into something that you have a hard time getting out of.

Unlimited Don't Exist.
Nothing is unlimited, no matter how much you pay for it. A web host cannot provide you with unlimited disk space. I don't care if you are the only person on the server and that server has 10TB of hard drive space. Chances are there is a limit set in there terms of services that is not posted in there package details.

Don't be fooled by unmetered
A lot of web host's have made the switch from unlimited to unmetered. I'm not sure if they think its less frowned upon or what. It typically means the same thing. The host isn't paying attention to how much space you are using. But i can promise they are paying attention to how many resources you are using. Again this set limit is usually able to be found in there terms of services.

There are so many different things you need to watch out for when looking for a new web host. These are just some of the simple things that can save you money. If you follow this guide i can promise you it will save you from being ripped off or scammed. I will add to this as i come up with some more stuff to add in there for you guys. If you have something to add to this post, please be sure to add it. If i like what i see i will edit the post and add it in here for others to read along with the rest of the stuff that i posted. I hope this helps out at least one person from paying a web host that will be gone when they wake up the next morning. Good luck in your web hosting search, and remember.......

Do the research, take the time, ask questions and save your money in the end.

It's been 10 years since I coded a website, so I'm trying to shake off the rust, and learn a few things in the process. My sister is an art student, and as a part of her graduation requirements, she has to have a website to display her work. I volunteered to do the site...since It would be fun and I'd learn a few things in the process. I joined this forum, because I knew I would run into difficulties and hoped to seek advice from the experts here.

The website is very new and most definitely a work in progress. All of the graphics are placeholders, as my sister will decide on the final look and content of the site...so please bear with me.

Currently, I'm having some trouble with the mouseover drop down menus in the title frame. Each drop down menu should contain a very small thumbnail of the work, and the name of the work.

URL="https://dl.dropbox.com/u/46946106/ArtGalleryWebsite/Websiteframeset.html"]https://dl.dropbox.com/u/46946106/ArtGalleryWebsite/Websiteframeset.html[/URL]

Here's the title frame by itself: -https://dl.dropbox.com/u/46946106/ArtGalleryWebsite/TitleFrame.html

I would like to center the whole set....right now it shows as left justified....and the drop down menus cut off....I'd like them to overlap onto the "Main View frame" beneath it. The code for the drop down menus is not my own...I just copy and pasted it, and edited it to meet my needs.

Dang...I don't have enough posts to link. I tried to post the code but it wouldn't let me.

Any help on centering the title frame links and getting them to overlap to the frame underneath would be most appreciated. Please...talk to me like I'm 10....I'm super rusty.

Available for purchase I have a PR1 domain name, LinuxServerTalk.com

Linux Server Talk was at one point a forum for discussing linux servers and pretty much anything linux related. I acquired the site back in 2006. Sometime in 2007 I merged the forum into one of my other forum sites and since that time it has simply had a basic page up explaining that the forum was merged into the other website.

LinuxServerTalk.com would be a good domain name for anyone wanting to start up a forum or chat site related to, obviously, all the different flavors of linux.

The additional benefits of this domain name is that it is well aged, registered since June 2005, and it has a pagerank of 1. These facts alone would give any site on this domain a running start as opposed to using a brand new registered domain. Also has a small trickle of traffic, maybe 25 to 35 visitors per month.

My asking price is $145.

If you want to buy, post SOLD and it's yours. I have this domain name listed for sale at multiple sites, so whoever posts SOLD first gets it and I will give the url of the winning 'SOLD' post to any who want to verify.

If you want to make an offer, please post it below and I will consider.

In order to protect both myself and the buyer we will use Escrow.com domain name escrow service to secure the payment & domain transfer.

Thanks for viewing this thread. Feel free to post a reply with any questions, to buy or to make an offer.

Need help coding a redirect Page which also passes dynamic parameters

Hi

Hi

Please forgive me this is my first post here, but, I am having some problems with a redirect page.

The problem seems to be due to the need to pass dynamic parameters onto the destination page.

The page to which I need to direct traffic to is:
//can/signup

however, the referring links are derived and served by my system from this:
//can/signup/{affiliate_id}

The destination page will not recognise the dynamic parameter (inserted into {affiliate_id} unless it is stated after a "/"), however, in my redirect attempts the "/" denotes a different directory and hence my problems.

Each affiliate is assigned their own individual codes by the system to direct to the destination page, so, the {affiliate_id} changes for each affiliate, so, their actual link may look like //can/signup/1002.

I need to create a page to divert clicks and pass the {affiliate_id} into the destination page for recording by the registration form and assigning referrals to the correct affiliate.

I apologise if any of this is not clear, please feel free to ask any questions, if not clear, I will explain what I am able. I DO NOT own the CAN domain, I have used it as a shortened example in place of the real domain name.

Thanks in advance for your help
