How to have a div that follows you down the page as you scroll?

Just a little div - always visible, that scrolls vertically up and down when the visitor does so. It's a little info box basically on the right of a form so I'd like it limited to the scrolling not out of the vertical height of that..

    Possible?

Did that even make sense? I know what i mean in my head but am not the best er.. explainer..

I presume this would be some slick bit of javascript?

No javascript needed (though you can). Use CSS instead.

    position:fixed is the key.
