    Agreed. It is a very good introductory site for most languages. Also, it is a good quick reference for everything except PHP. (For PHP, go to www.php.net)

    raaj32, that is simply another forum rather than a set of tutorials. You will get similar information there as you do here (though I am partial to ahfb ). You might get good information at trap17, but it is a different type of site. It is not a good format for learning the basics. When learning a new language, you firsat learn the basics of that language before asking how to do something. That way you will at least have an idea what the other person is talking about. So first, go to a site similar to w3schools, learn the basics, and then come here and ask for advice.

    Your right jthayne. I started learning HTML from a book. But i think itīs good to check the API on w3schools.com when you need info about a tag, but again, your right, itīs not the best for beginners.
