    Messed up menu

    Hi.

this is just a test because even though I've unchecked the Automatically parse links in text square I keep getting the same error message.

The following errors occurred when this message was submitted:

    1. You are only allowed to post links once you have at least 5 posts.
You may post the URL but you must uncheck "Automatically parse links in text" in the Additional Options below.

    what am I doing wrong

OK, so I'm trying to put my css and a message with my web page address on this forum for some help.

Automatically parse links in text is not checked when I click the submit button.

    What can I do?

    Frustrated

Try posting yahoo.com instead of http://www.yahoo.com

to post code directly(like CSS), click the CODE button(looks like pound sign '#') and paste your code directly in between.

I had the same problem with the URL getting errors on my first post, but I just posted a reply to someone else and the URL went through properly. So, maybe that only affects your first post, even though it says 5.

Note: to get around it, I posted the link without http:// AND used a space before the domain name, then put a note for responders to remove it when viewing my site. - like yahoo .com (REMOVE SPACE before domain to go to site)
