Want to change my scrollbar

I have built a web page with dream weaver

When adding different pages in the main menu, there's one of them that needs a vertical scrollbar, because of its text amount and images.

Could someone tell me please how to change my scrollbar if possible, and where to add the information, in the index.html page, in the css editor or in the html page where I need the scrollbar.

Go to NEWS section, down in the left panel menu, and press in any of the options...steven holl, green architecture...etc

When I click on the names of "news" it opens in an iframe which has the scrollbar. Are you asking how to add color? You say "change the scrollbar" to it or are you just not able to see the scrollbar in your browser?

Yeah I think you got, the solution was to increase the width size. But It will again disappear if some have a huge screen.... Though Its it is working fine on my 17 inch screen

Thank you for responding back to me.

Yes, probably in big size screen it doesn't appear now, but in a future, when I will add more news it will appear in all computers.

I can see my scrollbar in my lap top, because I designed my web with e-frames and I can add the width and length that I want. Ok, but what I really wanted to do is to change my scrollbar, I don't like the default one.

Is there any web which I can download or create my own scrollbar.
