    Can someone recommend me a good script to install so I can make a post from the news section in my forum that will be posted on my website.

    So you want a script to pull info from one site to another? This would be possible using an rss feeds script that pulls data from your rss feeds, if you google "rss feeds script" you should find plenty of options. If that is not what you are looking for please explain further.
