I'm as new in pograming htlm as you can get,i finally got a few pictures up and today,thanks to the info at this sight I have background color(after 2 hours),never did get the perfect blue I wanted but at least it's not white. But now that I'm so proud of my fishing pictures on the web some of my freinds can see it and some can't.Is it something about the internet server being a different download thing? NEED HELP,thanks

It could help if you told us which server you were on.
Anyway I from ZaireWeb that the web was having url problems World-Wide.

You mentioned the 'the perfect blue' you were after. (Ahhh fishing....what am I doing indoor?)

Download a piece of software call Hexacol. Its freeware, and you can make any color at all with it, then paste the hex value into your code. Maybe you will find that perfect blue!
