    Exclamation Popup window to fit?

    How do i create a pop up window when someclicks on a button that is a Certin size depending on how much info on screen and doesn't have the menu bars (File,edit and the back buttons and stuff)

    Im guessing that it will be Java script so does any have one? I also dont know squat about java so the simipiler the better.
