frames, white background won't go away

    Hey,
I'm using frames, so my screen is split in two: top and bottom. On the bottom I put the thumbs, on the top half you can view them after clicking on one of thumbs. My background color is blue in both frames but when i try to view the image the background turns white. where is the problem?

    Thank you for your time

Please post the code or give us a link to the page. Can't find the source of the problem if we can't see the source.

Ok. Happy to get a reply, cause I got desperate.
http://jandjmotorcars.com/sold.html - when it just opens looks nice, but when click another car the background of the right frame changes for white. Don't understand why. It's killing my website

The problem is that you are opening an image instead of opening a web page. As a result, you have no control over the background, and it displays the default color -- typically white. Try opening a page instead. That is what you do on the initial load.
