Question Flipping upside down link?

I don't really need this code, but I'd like it. But I would appreciate it if anyone could maybe help me?

I just would really like the code to make my links flip upside down when the cursor is on them.

Sorry if this seems like a really stupid request, but I want useless things to put on my website.

When the cursor is over it, the text gets inverted. Like if you could take the text and flip it 180 degrees...that's how it would look.

You can change the direction of the text to right-to-left instead of left-to-right (for the purposes of languages like hebrew) using css2 property text-direction of the html element dir
example <span dir="rtl">

I have not heard of anything to make text invert vertically (probably because not many languages read from bottom to top) so you would probably have to use an image of the text.

Potential solution.......

DHTML filters will probably do it. Check http://www.w3schools.com/dhtml/tryit.asp?filename=trydhtml_filter
Careful about cross-browser issues though.
