    Thumbs up Need your kind attention pls

    hi to all,
    i have designed a website named www.crmpk.com which on air now but on certain places i have added google adsense which is getting some problem. the issue is website is being viewed and some people of interest also click on the advertisements but on report the clicks are not shown or calculated properly. explain me about your kind attention i am worried. please review this website critically and criticize as much as you people can on zpervez@yahoo.com because criticism is the biggest source os improvement. thanks and regards
