Resizing image map question
I have an image map on a web page that I am currently redesigning. One thing that I need to do with my redesign is reduce the size of an image with a map attached. I haven't even attempted this yet and I'm asking questions upfront to determine the best way to go about doing this to hopefully save me the hair pulling I've been doing over trying to get my two fixed images.
First, can I resize an image being used as site map?
Second, assuming I can resize, will it change the map coordinates at all?
Thank you very much.

Yes and yes.
I'm doing that with varying sizes of my Jamrent logo, which for those in the know is an image map pointing to various major portals at my web sites. It's various sizes on some pages with varying coordinates to match those sizes.
TIP: When working with 'text included' .gif images, it's usually best to double them in size.

Thank you Benzden.
I had a look at your test page. It sure did give me some ideas.

Your welcome - I've yet to use some of the stuff at those pages -- it being there mostly to remind me that I can do some of that stuff when I want to --- it all, of course, having come from the creative efforts of others here and elsewhere.
