GOT it!!
thanks for all ur help guys, i managed to get some kind of coding that got rid of the window!!
one more thing!!
see this splash page
http://www.2advanced.com/archive/v2/index.html
see how the lines reach the end of the screen with that pattern, they stretch all the way to the right!!
on mine http://www.geocities.com/d_dzign/
they cut off just before the end (look closely)
and when you hit Refresh thats when it reaches the end!!
how come??
wat would be the best way to achieve this??? coz i just did it by inserting bground image inside a table!! and it doesnt seem to work!!
thanks

Not sure what you're referring to...
Do you mean the background in the table with the 'extender.gif' tiling to fill the table? I don't see anything on your's as a background there. Everything else looks fine.

if you look closely you will see that my lines dnt reach the very end of the screen on the right.
when you hit refresh thats when they reach the very end. I dnt know why that happens.
On mine i have a line as my background!
wats the best way to fill the screen across like u see in this
http://www.2advanced.com/archive/v2/index.html
i used a 100% wide table with a background image, is there another / better way?

What browser are you using? I'm on IE6 and everything looks fine. The horizontal lines go from left edge to right edge on site load (although it might be cached that way on my machine).

sorry, ur meant to look at this link here, this is the one i did
http://www.geocities.com/d_dzign/
when you first open the page, the single lines dont stretch all the way across, there is a tiny gap.
( look closely )
when u hit refresh, the lines reach all the way across!!
I dnt know why that happens! When its in dreamweaver, its all good!
i want it to go all the way across like u see in this link
http://www.2advanced.com/archive/v2/index.html
sorry for the confusion!!
=)
