    background colours

    Hi there, im new(ish) to html and im learning new bits every day, but this has me beat, I want to extend the light green box around all my tabs and then change the background colour to white, now I can figure out how to change the background colour but cant for the life of me figure out how to extend the light green box. . . . .please help

    u can easily include the background property for background color.

    like: p
    {
    background-color:blue;

    }
    u can give the code of colors.

    You can change colors in html and css examples are given below.
    <background color=blue>
    In CSS
    p.{
    background color:red;
    }
    These are some examples to promote colors in html and css.

    You should use bgcolor tag in body of html file...

    No you should not.

    The "bgcolor" attribute has been deprecated for many years.

    CSS is now the approved method to use for this attribute.
