    there are other ways as well...

    <p align="center"><img</p>

    <table border="0" align="center"><tr><td><img></td></tr></table>

    But as you can see Allyn's way takes up less room.

    Hi there sunny_popali,

    and a warm welcome to these forums.

    The thread to which you have just replied is over six years old.
    Worse than that the solution that you proposed, would not center the image horizontally, although your reasoning was on the right lines.
    You may, possibly, have been thinking of this...
