How to increase Page Rank?

I have a site PR 3 and want to build up higher page rank? Anyone help me how to increase page rank?

Publish relevant content, update it regulary, provide testimonials, offer discounts, volunteer your services, donate to sharity, create a superior and unique product or service, target the right keywords.

When you create great content relevant to your niche, and you build a network so that your content is talked about and shared, this will increase your PageRank.

Unfortunately, PR updates stopped far as I know, so increase it is now impossible.

i learnt that Google has stopped page rank update so trying to attain a higher one may not be possible anymore. what you should be interested now is to get lots of visitors traffic to your website and am sure you may be getting that since you are on PR3 level. One good trick now is to do social media marketing by creating facebook page/group, twitter profiles, youtube channels etc for it so as to drive in social traffic.

Page Rank is history now, just concentrate on having a better SERP and you will be fine.
