    Question Javascript Rollovers????

    OK now that i'm fully addicted to making websites i'm redoing my Counter-Strike clan's. I've already run into problems and i just started, but i know you can help me out people. I wanna make it so that when i rollover the links they underline....I talked to soemone and they said it was Javascript which i have no clue about so i'm helpless at this point. Thanks in advance.

    Yo Blue,

    whoever told you that you need JS to underline a link is lying and should not be trusted!

    In your last post, I mentioned CSS. Well, the same CSS can do what you are after.

    In between the <HEAD></HEAD> tags try -

    <style>
    <!--
    a { font: 12pt verdana; color: blue; text-decoration: none; }
    a:hover { text-decoration: underline; }
    -->
    </style>

    Now all your links will be blue with no underline, until you hover over them...

    Play with the colour values and stuff. If you would like a starter course in CSS then in Daves (the other Dave!) tutorials section at the main page he has a link to a couple of CSS primer tutorials.

    PS - Possible values for text-decoration:

    none underline overline strike-through blink

    Blink only works in Netscape, damn their eyes.

    Have fun> Any questions, just ask.
