    banner not showing

    the headline bannel for my site gdogs.org is not showing up for some reason its a gif file and i know i uploaded and placed it right with dream weaver and it also loads when u click the index file saved on my computer but does not load when its actually on the web

    ya thats the one but its just not working out for me i made sure the files exists and everything but its giving me trouble
