    Spans should not be nested, I would start with sorting those out.

    It is working now. The only problem is that I don't want the next in the span to be underlined, and it is (in NS at least). Here's the code
    .eTitle a:hover span {
    display: block;
    /*
    position: absolute;
    top: 250px;
    right: 10px;
    */
    float: right;
    text-decoration: none;
    z-index: 100;
    clear: both;
    }

    .eTitle a:hover {
    border: none;
    text-decoration: underline;
    }

    Any ideas?

    The browser will parse the last property. You need to create separate class ids.

    span.eTitle {
    display: block;
    float: right;
    text-decoration: none;
    z-index: 100;
    clear: both;
    }

    a.eTitle:active, a.eTitle:link, a.eTitle:visited {
    border: none;
    text-decoration: none;
    }

    a.eTitle:hover {
    border: none;
    text-decoration: underline;
    }
