Style properties not working correctly in NS 7.02
I am having some problems with a style property for the "hover" state on <a href> links in Netscape 7.02. they are supposed to change from white to a darker sage when the mouse is over them. They work fine in IE.
Plus I have an image as a background placed in a table cell using the style="background-image.." property that is not showing up in Netscape 7.02 either. What could I do to fix these problems?

I know older netscape versions had problems with pseudo-classes ( a:hover, a:visited etc)
I was not aware that this problem persisted from version 6-onwards, so yours should be working. However, I do not have a version of NetScape on my current computer (I am on holiday!) so hopefully someone with NetScape will post here.
As to your background, it sounds strange but try removing the ' symbols from around the image url. Netscape can be quite funny about these things. If one of our members helps you, please click the icon to add to their reputation!

Thanks , it is fixed.
the "a." classes were just in the wrong order and the background-image would not display because I had placed the "background-attachment:" as fixed, which should only be used for an entire page not a table cell.
