I just set the y of Scrollto to 4000 and it's working fine. Seems a little sloppy, but it's not important that this be efficient.
Thanks for you help.

Hi there, I have experienced this problem and have come up with another solution which may be preferable to guessing where the bottom of the page is.
The HTTP Refresh doesn't seem to want to refresh the page to itself when there is an anchor in the target.
The solution I found was to therefore slightly alter the URL in order to 'fool' the browser into thinking we are jumping to a completely new page.
I put a dummy variable called 'fix' in the URL and simply inverted it each call of the page.
So we start at http://mydomain.com?fix=1#anchor
but in the HTTP Refresh statement we link to:
inverting the value of fix each time. Obviously this variable doesn't do anything, but it does have the result of fooling the browser into refreshing properly.
