    Remove frames and put everything in one page.

    Hello,

    I've a page divided into 2 frames.On the left frame, i've the navigation links and on the right frame, i show the content when i display on these links.
    Now, i want to remove these frames and put everything on one page, how can i do this?

    The best way is thru nested tables, basically create a parent table with 2 or more columns and include child tables within the parent cells. You can get more details by searching the forums.

    insatead of copying and pasting the menu to each and every page, u can just include it with one line

    of course, this will work assuming your host supports this
