    Changing scrollbar colour

    I'm interested in altering the colour of a textarea scrollbar and its arrows. I know how to change the main scrollbar attributes.

    Is there a way to alter the colours of the textarea scrollbar?

    This site has an excellent CSS tool that I used myself. Just search the webmaster tools here at AHFB2000.com
    It is very easy and gets everything you want done for your site.

    is it easier to use than visual interdev?
    i'm a software engineer, so since i'm not into web-design, a tool that's easy to use would interest me

    You may define a class for the text area where the CSS properties should be specified or use a style definition right into the text area tag as following:
