    Here's a working model so far (IE only):

    <html>
    <body>

    <div style="position: absolute; left: 100px; top: 60px;">
    <table><tr>
    <td width=400 height=1500 bgcolor=blue>BLUE, BLUE, BLUE</td>
    </tr></table>
    </div>

    </body>
    </html>

    <div id=pink style='position:absolute; left: 100px; '>
    <table><tr>
    <td width=200 height=200 bgcolor=pink>PINK, PINK, PINK</td>
    </tr></table>

    <script language=Javascript>
    var ndivs = document.all.tags('div').length;
    document.writeln(ndivs + " divs<br>");
    var i;
    var n;
    var o;
    var m = 0;
    for (i = 0; i < ndivs; i++) {
    o = document.all.tags('div')[i];
    n = o.offsetTop + o.offsetHeight;
    document.writeln(n + " n<br>");
    if (n > m) m = n;
    }
    m = m + 50;
    document.all.pink.style.top = m + "px";
    </script>
    </div>

    Do you mean at the bottom of the browser (ie. always within the viewing window when scrolling) or do you mean always at the bottom (underneath?) of any existing content?

    If this "pic" is a graphic, you could use it as a background and fix it, sort of like a watermark. Hmmmm......gives me an idea!

    Hi

    This task can be resolved as following:
    Code:
    <script>
    function logoit(){
    document.all.topmsg.style.left=document.body.scrollLeft+
    document.body.clientWidth-document.all.topmsg.offsetWidth;

    document.all.topmsg.style.top=document.body.scrollTop+document.body.clientHeight-
    document.all.topmsg.offsetHeight;

    setTimeout("logoit()",100);
    }
    window.onload=logoit;
    </script>
