You can sav your files as whatever you wish. Why would you need .htc to add a css effect?

The accepted extention for css files is .css

    try my tutorial -

    http://css.somepeople.net

To save a file as any extention you wish, then open in a text editor ( like notepad.exe ) , choose Save As.. and type in your filename.
