Designing A "Feedback Page"
Hi,
This is my first post so I'll try and make it a good one. I have to design a "Feedback Page" where there are a series of questions and the user answers them. The feedback given will eventually be used to generate a report about customer service etc.
The questions consist of giving a rating from 1-10 and entering comments (comments are optional). The responses will then be submitted to.... and that's my problem.
I'm not sure about how to code a submit button or how the responses of users should be submitted.
Any help would be most appreciated.
Thanks a lot,
NathV.

Welcome to the forums
The easiest way would be a simple mailto function, you can find more info in the form tutorials.(you will need to click the logo to go to the index page ...I am working on this)
