Looking for a good, free calendar

I'm looking for a good, free calendar to integrate into a website. It needs to have login permissions to allow only certain people to post events, the ability to make certain events private to certain users (and have general public views for everyone else), and be reliable.

I don't care if it's a php one, mysql db, or whatever. Any suggestions here?

    Thanks!

Have you checked out the calendars listed here?

Ah, thank you, that was helpful.

However, as that I don't have experience using any of those, could you (or anyone) reccomend one that you personally like? That has worked well for you and something that you would suggest to others?

    Thanks!

As you know vbulletin comes with a great built in calendar so I have never needed to install any other.

From a different post, I notice you are using phpBB. There are a few calendar addons for phpBB (when the site comes back up) sp try a few of those.
