    HTML Forum

Is It Possible to run a forum that doesn't use:mySQL,php or cgi? Just one that uses an html script? If not is there a way to make a guest book run off of just html and not the stuff above? :P

Even flash has to store the data somewhere.

be that a database, or flat-files, it has to go somewhere.
