I am designing a new website with CSS, because I just finished one with Tables. But when I re-size the browser window the text moves. I used <div id="?"> like a table. Is there away to stop the text from moving?

The answer depends very much on your code. Could we see your page?

I deleted my other post because I fixed all my "styles" and now I have enough content to show what I mean. My site I am working on is http://www.geocities.com/covertraptor/work.html
When you re-size your browser window(from the right) the navagation at the side of my site moves. How do I stop that? When I used tables it never did that. But I rather CSS it seems easier and not so messy!

At the moment, your nav bar is using 'float'. This is good! it means that no matter what resolution your visitor uses, it will 'queeze' to fit. This is called a 'liquid design' and most webmasters take months to learn how to make them
if you really dont want it to be liquid, then look up positioning absolutely here -
