    (yet again) scrollable, stationary table

I had this working for a second but I must have changed something important, for now my table no longer has a side or bottom scroll bar, but instead the whole page has scroll bars which is exactly what I'm trying to avoid.

You might have to clarify this. Do you want scroll bars ? Or do you want scrollbars that you're trying to avoid?
You have "table.one" as a class set to 3000px wide in the style section, as well as "table width=3000px" in a table cell. This will give you plenty of horizontal scroll.
The amount of content is causing the verticle scrollbar.
