    Making an application

I want to put an application so that people can try-out for the clan I'm in. Like have:

    Name: Enter your name
    Experience Level: Your skill level
Current clan: Current clan you are in
    Extra: Bugger text box
    ___________________________________________________________________
But I want it to be on the same page with all my other content. And I guess I could customize the colors? LIke the input text field and bg color.

http://www12.brinkster.com/covertwarfare/index.asp for my site. See on the bottom right where there is a big open gap/space thats were I would put it.

    Thanks in advance!

I am using Brinkster, yeah I used to use geocities a lot. Another thing I don't know how to do is change to input box color.
