    this is a Table. Please look at the top row. in the center col.

    You can see the span Element with the Black Border. why the bottom border isn't shown?

    Thank you,
    Aminalaizer.

    This is the code:

    <html><body>

    <table align=center cellpadding=0 cellspacing=0 border=0 dir=rtl style="border:none" style="width:60%">
    <tr><!--'Top-->
    <td valign=bottom><img src=TBLIMG\RightUp.bmp width=26 height=30 align=top>
    </td>
    <td style="background-image:url(TBLIMG/stand.bmp)
    ;background-position:bottom;background-repeat:repeat-x;height:50px;" >
    <span style="background-color:eebb66;border:thin dashed;" >
    Hello I want see.
    </span>
    </td>

    <td valign=bottom><img src=TBLIMG\LeftUp.bmp width=26 height=30></td>
    </td>

    <tr dir=ltr><!-- Middle -->
    <td style="background-image : url(TBLIMG/Sleep.bmp);">
    </td>
    <td bgcolor=Wheat>Hello World I want Hello World I want Hello World I want to write more<br>How Do<br>You Fill</td>
    <td style="background-image : url(TBLIMG/Sleep.bmp)"></td>
    </tr>

    <tr><!--Bottom-->
    <td><img src=TBLIMG\RightDown.bmp width=26 height=30></td>
    <td style="background-image : url(TBLIMG/Stand.bmp)"></td>

    Hotlink protection

    I looked, do you mean the top border, not bottom? its the top border missing for me.

    I noticed your css is a little odd, might be worth cleaning it up first -

    HTML Code:
    <span style="background-color:eebb66;border:thin dashed;">
    should be more like
    HTML Code:
    <span style="background-color: #eebb66;border:thin dashed black;">
    see if that helps.
