yet another scrolling table ?

Hey
i'm pretty green with Html
but I'm more than willing to work at it, listen, and bang my head against the wall *if needed
I need help building a scrolling section on my forum page

I 've checked here and worked some code into the page, but it doesn't seem to be working with all browsers. ( i realize this may be impossible)
It does what i want it to do using IE for pc, but a buddies Mac can't read it?
so that's it - any advice

But I can congratulate you on the site and concept.
pretty neat...really, and impressive too...unusual concept, and I like the attitude of the guitar...seems like anytime now it is going to walk off and play a tune all on its lonesome , with a girl on its arm to boot....!!!!

Failing that, the Mac user could get the Safari browser, its much better than IE
