Refreshing a frame...
The problem that I am having is that when the parent frame loads, the children frames do not refresh.
I have a page called mainpage which is devided into two frames. One of the frames contains a table with information obtained from a database. A person can click on a button to add information to the database but when they submit the form I want them to go back to the mainpage having an updated table.
I can get to the mainpage, but the table is not updated. if I right click and press refresh on the table then the new information does show up but i want the table to be already refreshed.

<META HTTP-EQUIV="Pragma" CONTENT="no-cache">
in the head of the html page you don't want cached.
If you're concerned about IE5.0 users, also include:
<META HTTP-EQUIV="Expires" CONTENT="-1">

onLoad="if ('Navigator' == navigator.appName) document.forms.reset();"
in the <body> tag.
Somebody else might have a better way, that's sort of just off the top of my head (kudos to Google
