I know less than nothing about html. I just made this up, but, is it possible to use html to make the marquee stop on rollover? The url is http://www.lakewalesfloridaonline.com
<MARQUEE style="WIDTH: 468px; HEIGHT: 20px" scrollAmount=3 direction=left>

<marquee style="WIDTH: 468px; HEIGHT: 20px" direction=left scrollamount=3 scrolldelay=150 onmouseover='this.stop()' onmouseout='this.start()'> this will stop ur marquee on a rollover </marquee>

Sorry for being so frank but you really don't wanna use marquee on your website among other flashing and crazy things on the web page.
it just gets too distracting and draws the attention away from the real content of your page.
I actually was told this by a guy in an interview I had. even though the page was one of the first pages I made, he still thought he ought to bring it up.
I still got the job but still
anyway hope that helps for the future ...
