    Hope this is the right forum.
    I have form drop down page that is populated using php.
    I want to pass the selected item number to another php page that is part of a page with two frames. I want to pass it to one of those frames.

    Hiya, welcome to the forums.

    You can pass a variable to a php page by using a querystring, you make the url like this -

    Code:
    http://www.mywebsite.tld/page.php?variable=2
    Youi can then pickup the variable using the HTTP_GET_VARS array, like -

    Code:
    $variable = $HTTP_GET_VARS['variable'];
    Hope that makes sense, post more questions if it doesn't.
