    Hi, welcome to the forums.

    You can achieve it with CSS if you wish, examples here - http://css.somepeople.net

    Or you can use an iframe, tutorial - http://www.yourhtmlsource.com/frames/inlineframes.html

    thank you but i'm Still not really finding what i need, all i need is vertical scroll bars..see the problem im having is the more text i put in the box the longer the table becomes..I would jus like to keep it small and have vertical scroll bars. so i guess mainly what im asking is how do you make scroll bars in a table such as then one you see on the link i provided.

    You use something like this:

    #main
    {
    width:100%;
    height:100%;
    overflow:auto;
    }

    <td width="100%">
    <div id="main">
    <table width="99%" border="0">
    <tr>
    <td width="97%" valign="top">
    text
    </td>
    </tr>
    </table>
    </div>
    </td>

    I did not see where you add the CSS yet you referenced it.
