    Link to location on different webpage

    I would like to put a link on one webpage to a certain location on another webpage. For example, if you click on the letter "H" on the first webpage, it takes you to another webpage that has sections for the letters "A-Z", and clicking on the "H" on webpage 1 will take you to the "H" section on webpage 2. Does this make sense? Thanks in advance!!!

    It's pretty simple how it works. They have "targets" set up on their site. The user cannot see them though. When you click their links, it is just directing you to that target.

    To link to a specific target, you put #h or whatever next to the url. Usually when you are on the website you will notice that in the address bar it has the url with # and the link (after you clicked the link of course).

    So this is how it works:
    HTML Code:
    <a href="http://www.blah.com/index.htm">
    Will bring you to a normal site.
    HTML Code:
    <a href="http://www.blah.com/index.htm#a">
    Will bring you to target #a.

    Hope this helps!
