Open new documents in two frames

I have two frames on my page - named "menu" and "main".
I want to open new documents in both "menu" and "main".
Think I can do that with JS, but I dont how.

    Anyone who knows?

target="menu" or "main" respectivly opens the new page into which ever on you put it in
    for instance if i typed
    <a href="website to open" target="menu">Pictures</a>
Pictures being the link, whatever site i put it "website to open" would open in the frame named "menu"
I have found it easier to write frames in html and put the Javascript on the individual web page.

I think the problem is that he wants two frames changing at once.

    Easiest, example link -
    Code:
    <a href="javascript:void(0);" onClick="parent.menu.location.href='blah.html';parent.main.location.href='bleh.html';">LINK</a>
That might work, try it and see.

Question I have the same problem :(

Im also having the same problem, but when I do that it comes up with the error 'Parent.menu.location' is not an object.

Im I being thick and missing something here?
No one I ask seems to know.

'menu' is the name of the frame. Make sure the name matches.
