How does it get to have two dots

The domain they have registered is itworld.com, the 'smallbusiness' part is what is referred to as a SUBDOMAIN...

SUBDOMAINS are an option you can get with most hosting plans, just check to see if they offer subdomains

    Thanx Zaire

You know now that you mention it...
I remember that I had a fleeting thought that it may be a subdomain thing...but it still beat me, as I had plumb forgotten about that possibility.
Thanx man, I am most grateful....really....

    Peace

Avoid them if possible. They tend to rank lower.
