    Drop down link location

    Hey, this is my first attempt at making a javascript drop-down navbar and I'm sort of confused about the link locations.

    For Example

    Menu1=new Array("The 70's","http://","",4,20,80);
    Menu1_1=new Array("Music","http://","",0,20,80);
    Menu1_2=new Array("Movies","http://","",0,20,0);
    Menu1_3=new Array("Fashion","http://","",0,20,80);
    Menu1_4=newArray("Technology","http://","",0,20,80);

    Nowhere it has the location , "http://","", then sizes
    Where do i put the actual file to open as such this
    for frames, which iis currently in header navbar and main, <A href = "technology.html" Target = "main">

    If thats not clear plz reply to see if i can help, but basically i want the page to display in my main frame and am not sure where to insert that.

    Hi,

    Nowhere near enough code to give an authoritive answer, but I would guess you got the drop-down menu from somewhere else. If so, you would be better off asking the person who wrote it, as we cannot even see it never mind try amending it.

    If not, please post a link to your full test page so we can try and help properly.

    Well here is my frames code,

    <frameset rows="10%,*" border="0">
    <frame name="header" src="header.html" marginwidth="10" marginheight="10" scrolling="no" frameborder="0" noresize>
    <frameset cols="20%,*" border="0">
    <frame name="nav" src="nav.html" marginwidth="10" marginheight="10" scrolling="no" frameborder="0" noresize>
    <frame name="main" src="main.html" marginwidth="10" marginheight="10" scrolling="no" frameborder="0" noresize>
    </frameset>
    </frameset>

    The menu is large so i will supply part of it, like i said I would like for the links to open in my main frame, im just not sure how to do that.

    Menu1=new Array("The 70's","http://","",4,20,80);
    Menu1_1=new Array("Music","http://","",0,20,80);
    Menu1_2=new Array("Movies","http://","",0,20,0);
    Menu1_3=new Array("Fashion","http://","",0,20,80);
    Menu1_4=new Array("Technology","http://","",0,20,80);

    Menu2=new Array("The 80's","http://","",4,0,80);
    Menu2_1=new Array("Music","http://","",0,20,80);
    Menu2_2=new Array("Movies","http://","",0,20,80);
    Menu2_3=new Array("Fashion","http://","",0,20,80);
    Menu2_4=new Array("Technology","http://","",0,20,80);

    Menu3=new Array("The 90's","http://","",4,0,80);
    Menu3_1=new Array("Music","http://","",0,20,80);
    Menu3_2=new Array("Movies","http://","",0,20,80);
    Menu3_3=new Array("Fashion","http://","",0,20,80);
    Menu3_4=new Array("Technology","http://","",0,20,80);

    Menu4=new Array("The Future","http://","",4,0,80);
    Menu4_1=new Array("Music","http://","",0,20,80);
    Menu4_2=new Array("Movies","http://","",0,20,80);
    Menu4_3=new Array("Fashion","http://","",0,20,0);
    Menu4_4=new Array("Technology","http://","",0,20,0);

    Menu5=new Array("CM","http://","",2,0,80);
    Menu5_1=new Array("Virtual Tour","http://","",0,20,80);
    Menu5_2=new Array("Picures","http://","",0,20,0);

    Menu6=new Array("Contact","http://","",0,0,80);

    Menu7=new Array("Home","http://","",0,20,80);

    This forum can handle huge posts. The JavaScript that works these links is not in the code above.. Could you post it? Or why not upload your page and post a link?
