And help ! I'm new to all this. New laptop - Symnatec Netdetect won't run as "no mapping between account names and Security ID's was done".
What can I do ?

Just to warn you, you may not get much help from this forum, as its a Webmaster Help Desk so I am not sure how many people would be knowledgable enough about your problem above here to answer it.
I'm not saying you wont get an answer, as you never know where peoples knowledger lies. But it might not happen.
