Firstly I have just joined this forum for some specific help, so apologies if this question has been asked & answered previously.

I have been receiving spam for ages & used to reply to emails asking them to take me off their lists. I no longer do this but I now find I am receiving spam with my name as the sender (another email address in brackets). I use mailwasher to bounce all spam now but the situation is still ridiculous.

How can I stop it ?
