    Auto-Redirect

    I'm not sure where I should have posted this.. But I am looking for a code that will made any viewers who have accessed my site OUT OF FRAMES - be automatically redirected back INTO my frames.. I know there are codes to "break out of frames" etc.. is there anything like what I am looking for?
