    I does nmot look like you have a script set up to process the data, in other words your form action is invalid. http://www.ahfb2000.com/formtag.php

    <form action="mailto:punkrocker2002@msn.com" method="post">

    It looks like that and thats how i want it to work... I want it to go straight to an email when i do so... but it doesnt work?

    You have asked the same question, all i can do is give the same answer and the same link.

    You do not have a script set up to process the data as it says you must have in the form tutorial http://www.ahfb2000.com/formtag.php

    Hi,

    i've just substituted your email address for mine in your code and the form processed the information. I've received the mail no problem. However, html is very forgiving of mark-up errors so validating it first may help if you are having problems. http://validator.w3.org/

    I don't know if it has anything to do with your problem, but krac_d has a valid point in validating the code. It looks to me like you've closed the body three times:

    1. Once right after
    <font color="white" size="6"><div align="center"><b>Want to be on our street team? Fill out the form below and we will get back to you!</b></font></div> (incidentally, those tags are closed in the wrong order).

    2. Immediately after that closing body tag there is another closing body tag.

    3. There is also another closing body tag in the correct location: immediately before the closing HTML tag.

    To re-iterate, mailto forms just don't work. Take Daves advice, try and use a sendmail script, or make your own. If you use the search function of the forums, there is an example php mailer script, authored by me

    Did you read thru : http://www.ahfb2000.com/formtag.php : as suggested before? It pretty much covers all of the above.

    If you want to see my script, try a forum search (the 'search' link at the top) as this has been covered many times before.

    Hi,

    just a quick note before you read through the tutorials that if you are using your own webspace provided by your ISP or some other free space you will need to check if it allows writing CGI scripts. If it doesn't an alternative is to search for a 3rd party form provider that can forward the mail to you, there are plenty about that offer this service with a few extras eg. auto-responders.
