Unhappy valid referrer for image directories?

Taking a break from getting caught up on the scumware thread.

Is there any way of making some sort of valid referrer script for a directory where you keep your images? I'm tired of folks direct linking, especially since the last one just lifts the whole pages of images and then claims copyright (oh, yeah? let HIM crash his Photoshop learning to make buttons until He figures out that the plugins do it in one click)

All my free buttons, bullets, horizontal lines, and backgrounds are in their own directories. Anyway I can lock 'em against direct linking?

    thanks all,

    Talking Thanks Dave!

Appreciate it. It'll keep my adrenaline levels more normal when going over logs. I get really irritated by direct linking to my images, especially when I specify not to.

    Thanks again,
