    ---Hello

    ---I'm Not Sure If This Would Be Considered Frames
    ---Or Not But I Want To Set Up My Page So That
    ---When You Click On Different Links On My Page My
    ---Webpage URL Will Remain The Same I Was
    ---Wondering If There Is A Way I Can Do That

    Frame tutorials, the very first word on every page is a link to our HTML tutorials.

    Now lets look at the code you posted

    there is no closing bracket

    all instances of
    HTML Code:
    &nbsp
    are missing the semi colon, should be
    HTML Code:
    &nbsp;

    Honestly it is hard to make heads or tails out of your code.
