    Searching

    Hi,
I'm not sure if this is the right place to be posting, because I don't really have much idea about all this!
Anyway, on a website I'm making, I've made a table with a heap of information in it. Is there anyway that I can create some sort of search thing so that visitors can enter what they want, and the match from the table comes up? Did that make any sense at all? *g*
If this isn't possible, is there anything even vaguely like this that I might be able to try?

    Thanks,

    Sarra

    Yes, its very do-able.

If its a single page, then a JavaScript search would do the job.

If you want a full-blown search engine, then you would be better off with a server-side script -

    Hope that helps.
