    scroll bars! (and no, not colors)

    I'm not sure where this would be posted, but i was wondering if there was a way to disable the use of a mouse wheel so that you HAVE to use the arrows because on my website i have an Iframe with a scroll bar and everytime you go to scroll down to the bottom of the main page it always makes you scroll down the Iframe as well just to get to the bottom of the page, its annoying, thank you..i hope this is in the right section.... if not then sorry!

    I will do one better (but just one). I know of no way to do this, and doubt it is possible to control the users behavior to that extent.
