Hiya,

That Stinks...Well The Reason I Ask Is Because I Want To Have Frames And Such Stay In The Same Position No Matter What Monitor Resolution...And At The Same Time Have It All Centered

Tricky to get both. It might be worth experimenting with CSS Absolute Positioning.

I think you can use image maps to do that but i am not sure.
